New Year's Eve Terms & Conditions

  • New Year’s Eve bookings can only be pre-booked on a first come, first served basis, and will have limited availability.
  • Collection times will be allowed from 16h00 (on 31st Dec 2023) up to 02h45 (on 1st Jan 2024).
  • A non-refundable R150.00 surcharge will be billed to all bookings.
  • Please note that due to Good Fellas’ normal operational times on a weekend
  • (14h00-02h00), we will not have our telephone lines open from 02h00 on 31st Dec 2023 as it falls on a Sunday.
  • Good Fellas’ telephone lines (086 143 3552 / 041 506 4800) will therefore be closed for incoming calls once all booking time slots have been filled or at 02h00
  • (2am, in the morning) on 31st Dec 2023, whichever occurs first.
  • Please ensure that accurate pick up and drop off addresses are given to confirm the booking, as drivers’ routes are scheduled accordingly. No venue/address changes can be accommodated after 02h00 on 31st Dec 2023.
  • All bookings cancelled after 02h00 on 31st Dec 2023 will remain billable. If a person wishes to cancel, this must be done latest 01h59 on 31 st Dec 2023.
  • App bookings, as per normal, are not guaranteed unless the second “Booking confirmation” SMS is received by the client.
  • For all confirmed bookings: You will receive a cell phone number on 31st Dec 23 via SMS should you wish to contact us regarding your booking for that evening.
  • The Good Fellas’ App booking facility will also be unavailable from 15h00 on Friday 29th Dec 2023 for 31st Dec 2023 bookings, it will become available again on 1st Jan 2024 from 14h00.
  • Please note drivers can only wait for 10 minutes after collection time as per Ts&Cs then need to leave.
