New Year's Eve Terms & Conditions

Please note the following terms when making a booking for 31 December 2024:

  • Good Fellas operates on a pre-booking only basis and will have limited availability.
  • The latest collection time will be 02h45 (can stretch to 03h00 at Manager discretion).
  • A R200, non-refundable surcharge will be billed for all MEMBER bookings.
  • Our Call Centre telephone lines will be closed for New Year’s Eve bookings once available time slots have been filled or at 14h00 (2pm) on Tuesday 31 December 2024, depending on which occurs first.
  • App bookings are not guaranteed unless the second “booking confirmation” SMS is received by the client.
  • All App (Member & Non-Member) bookings will be closed from 09h00 on Tuesday 31 December 2024.
  • You may not make time and venue changes to bookings after 09h30 on 31st December 2024. Should we be able to accommodate a change, then a non-refundable R100 administration fee will be charged.
  • All cancellations will be billable as completed calls unless cancelled before 02h00 (2am) on Tuesday 31 December 2024.
  • Once our telephone lines close for incoming calls, clients who have made bookings will receive a cell phone number should they wish to contact us on the 31st of December. This will be SMSed to them by 17h00 on the evening of the 31st December 2024. Any early pre-bookings between 14h00-17h00 will have cell numbers SMSed to them straight after their booking has been made.
  • Please note drivers can only wait for 10 minutes after collection time as per standard T’s and C’s then need to leave.
  • Good Fellas will be closed on 1 January 2025 and all services will be unavailable. Please make alternative arrangements for 1 January 2025. Booking and Contact Centre services will resume on Thursday 2 January 2025 from 08h30.
